How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Singila Brands uses external service providers for delivery services. Delivery lead times depend mainly on the availability of the product and the delivery method chosen by the supplier.

Certain Singila Brands products are readily available at our store and/or with our distributors, while certain products like promotional apparel have to be designed and printed on demand.

Our general lead time is 10 – 14 days for products that are not readily available. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once you place an order with us, you will receive confirmation via email with the purchase details and order reference number. 

Our sales department will as needed update your order status though the following order stages:

  • Pending Payment
  • Processing
  • On Hold
  • Completed
  • Cancelled / Failed

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

Yes, creating an account on our checkout page only takes about a minute or two and requires only basic information such as your delivery address and contact details. 

Such information is necessary and important to make your second and third shopping experience with us effortless.
